Hello Venom Family!

We are once again returning to the premier outdoor NCAA recruiting event of the year. The College Connection Shooting Star Thanksgiving Showcase is once again being held in Richmond, VA. We have had a lot of success at this tournament in the past so we have put in a U19 team into the Intermediate+ division. We will be selecting the team from the responses to this e-mail or if you contact Coach Kyla or Coach Ben directly. Please let us know if you would like to be considered for this showcase!

What is a Showcase?

Showcase tournaments are for players that want to go play field hockey at the NCAA level. Venom attends several Showcase tournaments a year. NCAA College Coaches attend these tournaments to see Club players in action to recruit and offer Scholarships and opportunity to play at their school.

What's Included

- $450/athlete

Friday 8:00 am-10:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am-10:00 pm
Sunday 8:00 am-4:00 pm

** Detailed game schedules will be released 4 weeks before
** 5 pool games guaranteed

11v11 – U19, U16, U14
54 minute games: 25/4/25

Hotel

This tournament is NOT a stay-to-play tournament so you may stay at whichever hotel is your preference. We will be organizing team practices before the tournament to prep for the showcase as well as tips and help getting in contact with prospective coaches.
